The Client Service Executive will help our clients to better understand the full potential of our products and act as the liaison between the client and the company

The Key Responsibilities

• Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client.
• Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University with a minimum of 2:2 CGPA.

Must have strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
